Each Melaroti case is manually hand-crafted to perfection and excellence. The production time is between 5 - 7 business days before packing and shipping the item.
Orders are shipped worldwide from Milano, Italy with DHL as the shipping agent. All of our orders come fully insured.
Delivery times to the EU/EEA are between 4 - 6 working days, to the USA/CA are between 6 - 8 working days and rest of the world between 10 - 14 working days.
Import duties and taxes may apply at the destination country and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Import duties and taxes are already paid for orders shipped within the European Area/European Economic Area and to the USA/CA.
Returns/Refunds are accepted for cases that have no monogram, and are accepted within 30 days.
